The Flathead Valleyaires Chorus is in rehearsals for their spring concert program.   The main show will be on April 28th at 7:34 at Glacier High School Auditorium.   Guest performers include Classic Touch and the Monona Echoes.   They bring a high energy performance that you don't want to miss.

On May 13 and 14 the Valleyaires and Big Sky Classic Touch chapter quartet competed in the Barbershop Harmony Society competition in Moses Lake, WA.    A hearty Congratulations goes out to Big Sky Classic Touch for making a great showing and placing right in the middle of the pack.  There were many veteran quartets in competition and our guys represented us well.

The Flathead Valleyaires Chorus is in rehearsals for their spring concert program.   The main show will be on April 17th at 7:34 at Glacier High School Auditorium.   Guest performers include Judy Lawrence and Fast Track.   Fast Track is a first place winner of the Barbershop Harmony Society's Evergreen District quartet contest in 2009.   They bring a high energy performance that you don't want to miss.

A hearty congratulations goes out to the Valleyaires chapter quartet: "Pickup Schtick" for their great showing in the Evergreen Division V contest.  

The Chorus scored a 331 at Division V contest in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho on April 25, 2009.  This placed us 5th out of 7 choruses.  We were second in the small chorus division by only a 4% difference.    The chorus had 17 men on stage for the competition.   The contest numbers were "Alexander's Ragtime Band" and "Everything Old is New Again."  The chorus scored a composite average of 55.2% out of 100.   A big congratulation goes out to all who worked so hard to make this a successful weekend.

The Flathead Valleyaires mens barbershop chorus dispayed their talents in their 37th annual show on Saturday, April 28th.   The show was met with many, many great comments from the audience.   One person even said they saw Gene Woody crack a smile on stage.
